Fun Facts
- The ocean feels like home. My mom used to tell me we were mermaids in another life, and I fully believe that.
- I am an introvert with an extrovert husband and son, which means I often find myself needing to recharge after a social weekend.
- Ramen is life, but as a vegetarian finding a good one is hard.
- I love a good convenience store, they are not all created equal.
- My favorite thing to do when traveling is visit the local farmer's market.
- I love my people and just want to take care of them. That goes for my clients too!
When trying to think of what to write “about me”, I just keep coming back to my kids - that about sums it up, I guess? I’m in my mom era, with a 5 year old (Nolan) and a 3 year old (Talullah) I have little time to think about anything other than sleep (or lack thereof), how exactly the house gets destroyed in 3.4 seconds, and what I am going to cook for dinner. It’s exhausting! But I love every minute of it… well, most of the minutes, at least!
In addition to my littles, I also have an amazing husband, who less amazingly travels for work. He finds himself in quiet hotel rooms enough to make me envious. We have 2 rescue dogs, 3 cats, and a house in Fair Oaks, CA that could desperately use a cleaning service.

Why Photography?
I have always loved photography, started with film and once upon a time even had my own dark room. There was something so magical about watching the picture come to life in front of my eyes. But life happens and I found myself on a different path, one that brought me to my husband, and my perfect little babes.
Photos still are magic to me. The ability to capture a moment, an emotion, a person. To be able to hold those photos and remember that time and that feeling. Nothing lasts forever, but photos can be that bridge that sometimes we desperately need.
When I was 29 I lost my mom. She was young, too young. I was too young. I am grateful for every memory I have, especially the ones that someone was able to capture on film. Unfortunately I don’t have enough of those. My mom was not big on getting in the picture. Something I understand and also struggle with. But I now realize that photos aren’t just magic, they are love, they are healing, they are life. Now my phone is filled with selfies of my babies and me because one day they will look at them and all they will see is the fun. The love. Their mom.
This is what has led me here. I want to be the person to help you capture your own memories. I love beautiful sceneries and dreamy poses, but most of all I love those candid moments that show the joy your family shares.
